Warranty Work

Please see your local dealer if you have vehicles that are not working properly or may be showing signs of a manufacturing defect.

Once a vehicle is dropped off at the dealership, they will open up an Ask Polaris case and diagnose the vehicle. Please be aware that the average time spent at the dealership may take up to two weeks. 

If these steps have been completed and you feel the situation needs additional escalation, please report back to us with your Ask Polaris case number.
