If you are having difficulty loading the Avenza mapping system on your Samsung tablet, please first check to make sure that the tablet is connected to Wi-Fi. 

Next, when the Avenza Maps app is opened, the default screen is known as the 'Maps List'. This displays any maps that you have downloaded, a panel along the top with 4 icons/tabs, as well as an 'Add' context menu (lower right corner) which provides options to Add Folder, Add Collection, or Download or import a map.

When you select a map from the Maps List, the map opens displaying the Map View. This is the view your customers will utilize to navigate the routes/trails in your area by following their current location marker (Blue Dot) on the map.
